Omega Core Company is building one of the most diversified early-stage invention portfolios assembled by a single founder. Provisional patents filed. More in the pipeline. We are looking for the right partners to take this the rest of the way.
Get in touchThe Portfolio
Our invention portfolio spans over a dozen sectors — from post-quantum security and health informatics to AI infrastructure, financial systems, energy, and industrial technology. Provisional patents filed in leading categories. No single bet. A portfolio built for the long game.
Software systems built for quantum-threat environments. Ahead of the NIST PQC curve.
Biological data processing and clinical decision systems. Precision medicine applications.
Cost management and reliability systems for production-scale AI deployments.
Intelligent routing and decision systems at the intersection of AI and financial markets.
Software systems for energy management, HVAC, and industrial operations.
And a dozen more categories. The depth of this portfolio has to be seen to be believed.
"I know you are busy. But if you receive something from OCC, I promise it is worth a five-minute phone call. I think some of what we are building could matter a great deal — and I would rather you hear it and decide for yourself."
— Joshua Dore, Founder & CEO, Omega Core Company
Why a University
There are plenty of people who will write a check for IP like this. That is not what we are here for.
We are looking for partners who will take these ideas into the future — who have the research depth, the faculty, the graduate programs, and the mission to turn what we have built into something real. That is a university. Not a private buyer. A university.
We will make less money going this route. We know that. We chose it anyway. Because the goal was never the money — it was always the impact. If the right university gets hold of some of what is in this portfolio, the work could matter for a long time. That matters more.
From the Founder
I want to be straight with you, because you are going to look this up and I would rather you hear it from me first.
I am not a career inventor. I did not spend twenty years working my way into this space. I am a normal person from Louisiana who sat down, started thinking, and ended up with over 200 inventions across a dozen sectors — and provisional patents already filed. I had no business being here. And here we are.
I did not snake my way into this. I did not copy anyone. What is in this portfolio came from genuine thought and genuine work — and I am honest enough to tell you exactly what it is and what it is not. I would rather lose a deal by being straight with you than win one by overstating what we have.
I would much rather partner with a university — with researchers and professors and graduate students who want to build something real — than hand this to a private buyer who files it away. Even if that means I walk away with less. That has always been the choice.
Some of what is in this portfolio has real potential. I am looking for the partners who want to find out how far it goes — and who want to be part of it when they do.
The Team
A portfolio of 200+ inventions across this many sectors requires a team that matches — specialists in patent development, research, licensing, and commercialization across every domain we operate in. That team is being built right now.
We are actively seeking university research partners, patent attorneys, licensing specialists, domain experts, and institutional collaborators who want to be part of building something that lasts. If your institution, firm, or research program has the depth to match what we have on the IP side — let's talk.
Early Partners
I am not here to squeeze every dollar out of this. I never was. I am here to get these ideas moving — into labs, into research programs, into the hands of people who can actually build on them.
Whatever it takes to make this partnership work — terms, structure, revenue share, licensing model — I am willing to work with you on it. I am flexible in a way that a corporation never will be, because my goal is not the biggest possible payout. My goal is to see this IP become something real.
We believe the graduate students who help build this into something real deserve to share in what it becomes. That is the foundation of the Pay It Forward idea — the people doing the work should benefit from the results.
The exact structure gets built with our early university partners, alongside their own policies and counsel — because how this works best depends on the institution, the students, and the research. That conversation starts with a phone call.
Imagine being one of the graduate students at the program that produced research people are still talking about years later.
That is a real thing that happens. It happened at the labs that built the internet. It happened in the programs that cracked the human genome. It happened with the small teams behind the breakthroughs that now fill textbooks. The students who were there did not just get a degree — they got a story that follows them for the rest of their lives.
Some of what is in this portfolio could produce that kind of moment for somebody. The question is which university — and which students — get to be part of it.
All we are asking
We are not reaching out with our hand out. We know what we have and what we are offering — and because of that, we can say this plainly:
One conversation. No pressure. No obligation. Just the chance to hear what we have — and decide for yourself whether it is worth pursuing.
